NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO THE WASHINGTON PARK NEIGHBORHOOD
ENHANCEMENT PLAN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington Park Neighborhood Council will conduct a joint public hearing with staff of the Broward County Planning Services Division to consider a proposal to amend the Washington Park Neighborhood Enhancement Plan created pursuant to section 163.524 Florida Statutes. The proposed amendments to the Washington Park Neighborhood Enhancement Plan are to provide design criteria for housing and a process for neighborhood review.

The Washington Park Neighborhood Preservation and Enhancement District (District) is bounded on the north by Sunrise Boulevard, on the east by NW 27 Avenue, on the south by Sistrunk Blvd (NW 6 Street) and on the west by Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd (NW 31 Avenue) (see map below). All interested parties residing within the District are invited to attend. The place of the public meeting is as follows:
