-Architectural Control Guideline # 8 states: "SWIMMING POOLS: Only requests for In - Ground pools will be approved by the ACC. A detailed development plan must be provided to the ACC before the commencement of construction. NO alteration to the existing grade may be done without approval of the ACC. Any proposed grade changes must be shown on the proposed plans. "Baby" pools over six feet in diameter and over ten inches in height are considered above ground pools and are therefore prohibited."
