On the ranking scale which ranged from 1 for the most stable (Greenwood Historic) to 50 for the most distressed (Carpenter), Waveland Park was rated as number 14 in the "Transitional Positive" category.
Note: This summary does not include information on the Waveland Park houses in the area between Forest and Franklin Avenues from the east side of 44th Street to 41st Street, although that area is part of the Waveland Park Neighborhood according to our bylaws.
