Yes ☺, I would like to be a member of the Wedgwood Neighborhood Association. Enclosed is my $10 application fee (per household), due in January each year. Membership fees will be used to produce newsletters, postage, neighborhood improvements, and to pay the annual fee to the Fort Worth Neighborhood Association.
