On Tuesday, April 14th Plano Police Officer Mark Dawson came and spoke to our neighborhood about ways to prevent crime. He was very informative and gave us some simple solutions to make our homes safter. If you were unable to attend here are a few of his suggestions. 1. make sure all your windows and doors are locked. 2. don't leave your remote control in your car if you park in the driveway. 3. if you garage door opener is programed in your vehicle make sure to park your car in the garage. 4. Change out your stike plates on your door to secruity strike plates. Officer Dawson taught us so many things we decided to have him come speak again to our neighborhood again in the future. Also, if you notice something strange or suspicious in the neighborhood call 911.
