Property Manager's responsibilities include:
- Implements property administration infrastructure (including policies, and processes) to meet compliance of covenants
- Stays current on all relevant regulations
- Maintains liaison relationship with HOA Board and the vendors associated with property administration
- Provides assistance to the HOA Board in all areas of property management
- Provides external and internal reports that are complete, timely and accurate
- Prepares and implements corrective action plans in response to audit findings, and monitors progress
The Property Manager cannot help you with crime, vandalism, or problems with neighbors.
