In attendance:

Purpose of meeting:
Discussion of new property management & Insurance

Major Concerns:Nationwide billing cost

Outcome -Agent is going to investigate the problem and work out a solution for us.

*Cars parked on street with flat tires and expired plates, no auto repairs, except in garage

Outcome: -

if not moved Omni will tow the vehicles.

Outcome: -Collection of past due HOA dues has not been followed thru for a long time.

Omni will take care of collecting delinquent dues when they take over.

Outcome -The board has decided to wait until the Fall to have the gutters cleaned.

Outcome: -Payments will be doubled to pay off the back bill early.
Delinquent water & sewer billsRepairs - Balconies, post need painting. Gutters have not been cleaned in 5 years.Delinquent HOA duesOmni will notify the homeowner to move the cars within a reasonable time,
