Meeting began at 3:08pm.
Purpose of the meeting:
Discussion of property management companies, finances and repair work
Major Concerns:
Outcome- Each board member will contact two property management companies.
Question: What will the company do for us?

Outcome-
*Water & Sewer bill
Outcome-
sewer bill and provide them with the bank statements showing amounts paid.
Outcome-The maintenance person needs to be licensed, bonded, and insured. No repairs,
except emergency, will be done until things are straightened out.
Outcome-Dressler charges $40 to do a walk around. Is this $40 per trip or $40 per hour?
