Meeting opened at 6:30pm.

Omni Property Manager- Ms. Evans

Purpose of meeting:

Board Meeting with Omni

Major Concerns:Discussion- Choosing vendorsAfter discussion, it was decided that a parking committee will be appointed in the near futher.

Outcome -

*Lawn Care, *Repairs and etc.) ( for us to choose from.

Outcome -No large boxes and trash are allowed in your driveway.

Discussion- Violations. / trash containers sitting outside garage, littering of property with trash
A walk thru was not able to be done, due to the lateness of the hour. However, Omni Property Manager drove around and noted addresses for lightbulb replacement. The windows are on hold at the present time. Measurements will be taken by Omni's representative. Everyone will be notified in advance for repairs.No firm decision has been made.- All business has been transferred to Omni.
Omni will present, at a later date, three choices for each category *Snow removal
