Meet and greet—

Questions –who’s behind in dues, recommendations to how to pursue delinquent homeowners, enforcing delinquent homeowners letters, possibly enforcing foreclosures on homeowners who haven’t paid in years…

 Mr. Earnhardt—explained Ms. Moore’s legal matters—close to being finalized.

Outcome: Possibly holding a special meeting at our annual meeting to discuss issues.
