Window Repair

The Board of Directors of Westhaven Commons HOA would like to let all homeowners know that repair of the windows that were reported to be leaking has begun today~ November 22, 2010.  The repair work is being done by a company called Paradigm.  Paradigm has been in business for over forty years.   Paradigm specializes in water intrusion problems and guarantees their work for 18 months.  The windows are being repaired in order of severity of the leakage.  All repairea should be complete within three weeks, weather permitting.  The patio doors that were reported as having leaks will be repaired by a company called 3-D. The patio door repairs should be started in the very near future.  Any homeowner that may have questions or concerns about any of these repairs may contact any board member or Mia Evans, our Omni Property Manager.
