WESTBURY CIVIC CLUB BOARD OF DIRECTORS
NOMINATIONS AND ELECTION FOR 2000

The Annual Meeting and Election of the Board of Westbury Civic Club will be held at 7 p.m., Thursday,
November 18, 1999 in the Auditorium of Westbury High School. Registration begins at 6:00 p.m. To
avoid a delay, please come early to register and receive your ballot. Prior to the meeting, the Westbury
High School Band will have a Spaghetti Supper from 5:30 - p.m. in the cafeteria. Please support the Band
by purchasing a ticket early from a Band member or pay at the door.

The program for the Annual Meeting and Election will include:

Recognition of volunteers.
Westbury Civic Club report for 1999
Election of 2000 WCC Officers and Directors

Listed below are the names of WCC residential members who have volunteered to serve on the Board for
2000. According to the WCC Bylaws, the only nominations accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting
and Election will be for OPEN Positions: Membership-Residential and Westbury 3 Section Director.

Voters in this election must be current paid-up members of the Westbury Civic Club. There is one vote per
household.
