I have lived in Westchester since 1945 and have a good historic perspective of the changes to the area. Ireceived my Master of Architecture degree from UCLA
and am a registered architect. I believe the committee should have some professional input from the
communitee to achieve a more level playing field on issues such as the airport and Playa Vista. I can
