Garage Sale Signs:

Please do not put signs up earlier than 4 p.m. the day before the sale.

Please take signs down no later than 2 p.m. following the sale.

Signs should not be placed in the island area of the subdivision's entrance to avoid disturbing the in-ground irrigation system. We appreciate your efforts in keeping our subdivision looking nice.

FYI: Each year on the first Saturday of June, the subdivision will sponsor a subdivision wide sale.  Signs for this sale will go up at least two weeks prior to the sale as a reminder. Plan now on joining the SALE!
