2014 Halloween Contest Winners The Winners for the 2014 Halloween Decoration Contest for Westglen Woods are... 1st Place 543 Golfwood Dr. 2nd Place 656 Turfwood Dr. 3rd Place 673 Lemonwood Dr. ------------- The winners received a gift certificate from a local business: First Place: $30 gift certificate Second Place: $20 gift certificate Third Place: $10 gift certificate -------------From the coldhearted judges: First, the judges remind you to make certain that your address, with your wonderful decorations, are readable from the sidewalk/street. Secondly, the judges would like to thank all of our dedicated, decorating neighbors that braved the sudden onset of cold temperatures. The number of decorations were down - as well as the trick-or-treaters, but those that braved the frigid temperatures made quite the hall of goodies. Thank you for making our subdivision kid friendly and Spooktacular! The 2015 dues announcement ($64) will be mailed in January/February by City and Village. Your payment of $64 is due on or before March 1st. Start planning now for the Christmas decoration contest.
