Off-Roading Rules and Regulations

Here is just a reminder that there is a new State law requiring licensing for off-road vehicles. You can look up this new law (SB1167) at the State Legislature website http://www.azleg.gov/

The City of Phoenix does not currently maintain any off-highway vehicle recreation areas. This means that off-roading is not allowed on city maintained or owned land.
