QUESTIONNAIRE COMMENTS
The following are some of the comments contained in the questionnaire results:
?“I would like more enforcement for properties with visible junk and dead vehicles.?”
?“I don?’t believe the issue is fairness at this point, but are covenants enforced. It would take a full time person to monitor the neighborhood for covenant infractions, therefore, taking a first step to start enforcement might be a good start?…Neighborhood watch program might also include covenant awareness issues.?”
?“Residents need to be reminded that we need to keep the community presentable for property values as there are now many newer developments nearby.?”
?“Be stricter with covenant enforcement.?”
