Article VIII identifies the responsibilities of the Association, which excludes glass surfaces and any maintenance covered by insurance (Article XI). Article XI requires an owner to carry insurance on the unit insuring against risks or physical loss. Owners should file a claim with their insurance company for any damages caused by a storm or reimbursements costs. The Association is not responsible for those repairs or reimbursement costs.
