Encanto Village Planning Committee to Discuss Street Closure

The City of Phoenix Streets & Transportation Department has appealed the City's Zoning Hearing Officer's decision to link the zoning of the United Properties Central Avenue Project (Z-30-00-8) to the closure of Encanto Blvd. The Encanto Village Planning Committee will discuss the matter on July 10 at 6 p.m., Dome Building, Phoenix College Campus.
