The first Willow Cove Homeowners Association (WCHA) meeting was held January 30, 2007. By law Ball Homes has already incorporated WCHA, has bylaws in place and has been conducting business with board members from Ball Homes. They are now ready to turn over the association. Unfortunately there were not enough homeowners present to elect officers and board members; therefore, Ball Homes?’ WCHA representatives appointed the following Transition Board:

The original three transition board members met prior to January 30 with Ball Homes. They had already began discussions of hiring a management company, contracting a trash company, maintenance of common areas, street lights, expenses, dues, insurance, etc. The five transition board members met after the meeting to bring the two new board members up to date.

The board intends to change the bylaws, contract an association management company, secure a group trash deal, etc. then communicate with the homeowners.
