Pool Season Has Arrived!
Improvements are currently being implemented at our pool. We are getting a new sand filter, new gate, improved fencing, and security cameras. The fencing, gate, and security cameras are to help alleviate the vandalism, which has occurred in previous years. Once these improvements are finished, the pool will be open to residents. Please watch for the opening of the pool to be posted on the pool fence. The closing date will be Labor Day weekend. All residents shall enter the pool through the Ross Drive entrance. Replacement cost for a lost key is $45 each. Rules are as follows:
1. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. All persons use the facility at his/her own risk. All usage must be in conformance with these rules and regulations. Any person may be barred from the recreational facilities at the discretion of the management for violation of rules and regulations or for any other reason, which constitutes a hazard to others. Jumping off the roof is prohibited and could result in loss of pool privileges.
2. The pool is reserved for MEMBERS and their guests only. A member must accompany guests. Guests are subject to the provisions of these rules. Entertaining guests at the pool is a privilege that will be withheld if abused. Please limit the number of guests and the frequency in which you invite guests. When the pool is crowded, members have priority.
3. Please DO NOT OPEN THE POOL ENTRANCE for residents and non-residents who claim they do not have a key. We want to avoid non-residents and uninvited persons from using the pool facility.
