New Castle County Code Enforcement continues to patrol our area and are issuing tickets for code violations - Please remember that vehicles or trailers parked on the front lawn, vehicles not registered and vehicles over 5,000 lbs are all code violations.. Please make sure this doesn?’t happen to you. For more information go to www.nccde.org or call 395-5555 and ask for a copy of New Castle Counties Code Enforcement guidelines to be mailed to your home.

If you have not received you membership card for 2007, please contact Theresa Riddleberger at 994-2250 and she will arrange to get the card to you.

Curb number stenciling is available. This allows your house number to be easily visible to emergency vehicles and your guests. Call 999-0990 and ask for DeAnne.

If you see or experience a crime in our development, please contact Lou DiLeonard @ 992-9878 or David Shrom @ 981-8469. Please provide them with the details of the incident. Lou and Dave will use this information to address our concerns with New Castle County police.
