HRDL - Homeowner Rehabilitation Direct Loan Program
What is an HRDL?
It is an affordable home repair direct loan program designed to enable qualified homeowners make necessary repairs to their homes.
What does it do?
The HRDL program allows qualified howeowners to have the repairs and improvements made which are necessary to free their homes of health and saftety hazards. Repairs generally qualify to heading, plumbing, electrical, roofing and structural problems as well as external improvements such as siding, modification to accomidate the pysically challenged, and winterization.
