Let them know if it can be painted over or if it is a cinderblock wall which will need special removal techniques.
Fire ants are a growing problem in Orange County. They are found near irrigation areas or turf and are attracted to electrical current. If fire ants are positively identified, the infestation will be treated and monitored free of charge. If you think you have fire ants, call (888)4FIREANT toll free.
As a part of our refuse services, Great Western offers each residence up to two large item pick ups per year. Up to four items may be picked up during one trip. Pick up occurs on your regular trash day and you must arrange for it in advance. Call Great Western at (714)558-7761 to arrange for this service.
Did you know that it is illegal to dispose of hazardous waste in the regular trash? Hazardous waste includes used oil and oil filters, waste paint, paint thinner, pesticides, and cleaning solvents, among other materials. Used tires are also prohibited in the regular trash. Household hazardous waste may be disposed of at any of the county?’s four household hazardous waste sites:

Irvine: 6441 Oak Canyon Road
Prima Deschecha Landfill: 32250 La Pata, San Juan Capistrano
