Lake View is a young, urban, exciting area of multifamily, low and mid- rise buildings, townhomes and brick brownstones built during the late 1800's. Many have been renovated and remodeled to match modern tastes. Residents span young to old, singles to families. Music and theatre are strong attractions. The annual Belmont Sheffield Music Festival is only one of many music events throughout the year. Alternative shopping is plentiful, as is affordable ethnic and vegatarian food.
