The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Debra Young at Sonoma Ranch Elementary School, 601 N Key Biscayne Drive, Gilbert, AZ 85234.
Homeowner Forum
It was resolved to send a letter to lot #401101 (DeLaCruz), in response to their letter, informing them that the Town of Gilbert advises that trash containers be placed on the sidewalk.
Committee Reports
Architectural Committee
It was resolved to install the spillway at the lake area near Granite Road. It was further resolved to accept the bid from Terrain Systems to install the spillway at a cost of $2818.00.
It was resolved to obtain bids to install gates under the retention/drainage area. It was further resolved to obtain bids to extend the existing handrail at the corner of Lakeview Drive and Hearne Way and to install pillars at both sides to the entrance of the Freestone Park walkway.
Landscape Committee
It was resolved to put the plant replacement on hold until the bigger projects are completed.
It was resolved to accept the advice from the landscapers and replace broken/damaged irrigation parts as needed. It was further resolved to have the landscapers submit a proposal to start converting the monuments over to their own irrigation system on their own timers.
It was resolved to accept the bid from Landscape Care for $7038.00 to smooth out the turf throughout the community. It was further resolved to break this out and complete the project in quarters, beginning with the front entrance.
Lake Committee
It was resolved to accept the bid from H2Ology to install two (2) fountain lights and repair the existing lights at a cost of $1150.00.

Approval of Minutes
Minutes of the February 11, 2002 meeting were reviewed; motion made to accept, seconded and was approved as presented.
Financial Report
Financial Report as of February 28, 2002 was reviewed. Motion made to accept, seconded and was approved as presented.
Property Manager’s Report
Old Business
It was resolved to have the Management Company continue to process and print the fishing permits for a cost of $3.00 per permit.
New Business
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 8:11 p.m.
