Board members

Upon acceptance of the resignation of 2 of our prior board members the board of directors is seeking owners who wish to serve on the board. Many major projects designed to make Windermere a great place to live are under way. Committee Members

We are seeking owners to serve as committee members for the application screening committee and the architectural committee. The application screening committeee will be involved with the creation of an effective application process and the approval of tenants and new buyers. This committee is an important step to making sure we keep Windermere safe.
The achitectural committee will be involved with the acquiringof bids, getting approvals from the city, and monitoring work for our capital improvement projects.
