It was reported to a resident from our mail carrier there was a break-in on Friday July 21st 12:00pm - 4:00pm - without giving out the exact address it is believed to be building #7 (Windhover Drive). Windhover Map (Click for Map)  The thief broke in from the back door and exited the front door.  It was reported the thief stole a computer, stereo equipment and left the condo in a total mess - this occurred Friday July 21st - possibly between 12:00pm and 4:00pm.  It was reported to the police by the resident.

ALSO, the mail carrier reported that on the SAME day the contents of a package was stolen or just opened and left at building #3 - the package had been left between the door and screen door by the mail carrier.

Sadly enough, neither of these crimes have been reported directly to any Neighborhood Watch person by a resident, but was brought to our attention by the mail carrier.  I will continue to check the Orlando Sentinel's webpage for the exact official details.  Anyone with additional knowledge of either of these two crimes please let us know, especially if our info is not correct.
