Frequently Asked Questions

Why Don't We Have A Pool?

Association lore does not clearly indicate whether the grass east of Foothill was set aside for a future pool. For a pool to go into our association property we would need 75% of the homeowners to approve. Every 2 years or so an interested homeowner will look into this only to find that enough people who want pools already have them. Currently, the board has no intention of buiding a swimming pool.

When do I Need to Request Board Approval?

A good rule of thumb is that any hardscape change visible from the street should go before the board for approval. This would include new paint, roof, gates, windows, and block walls/planters. Examples of things that do not require approval include; plants, flower boxes, and anything in the backyard not visible from the street.
