We are all part of the Windward Pointe Community and, therefore, bear equal responsibility for the services, upkeep, and capital improvements that a community such as ours requires to maintain itself on a monthly basis.

Your monthly assessment fee pays for the following services on a Monthly Basis:

1. Trash pick-up
2. Water and sewer
3. Lawn care / Property Maintenance
4. Pool maintenance

These are a few of the major monthly expenses your HOA is responsible for paying on your behalf. Your HOA is responsible for a host of other expenses such as our Termite Bond, Association Management Services, Legal Services, etc. This is why it is important that everyone pays his or her Monthly Assessments.

We have 200+ Homeowners and when everyone pays their monthly assessment on time, it allows the payment of all of the community expenses. However, when homeowners forego paying their monthly fees, the responsibility of the rest of the homeowners increases, as the many expenses mentioned above have to be paid or the whole community will suffer.

We all have a wonderful opportunity at Windward Pointe to live in and enjoy an ?“outstanding?” community, however, this requires each and every one of us to do our part.
