Pool Improvements...

We now have a new pool cover. Although the pool is closed until May 2003, maintenance and preservation efforts are still underway. A new pool cover was purchased to further reduce maintenance costs attributed to the pool pumps and chemicals to treat the pool water. By lowering the pool below the filter level and covering the pool, the HOA saves not only the maintenance costs but also the costs for filling the pool again in May.

In addition, two new umbrellas are being added to the pool area for the upcoming season. Purchasing in the off-season has allowed the HOA to save substantially in this area as well.

The pool is off limits until officially opened again next May. Please help the Board police this valuable community asset and keep the area secured.
