Next Step....Speed Bumps...

Speeding through the community is a serious safety concern. As a community it is our responsibility not to exceed the 18 MPH Speed Limit set for a residential area. Homeowners are responsible for their guests also. Posting of speed limit signs will occur soon. If this does not slow down drivers within the community, we will be forced to install speed bumps! Please do your part and SLOW DOWN and don't be afraid to mention to your neighbor to SLOW DOWN!

Send us the names or descriptions of cars that you see speeding through our Neighborhood. These are the people that are causing us to spend all of this money on Speed Limit signs and eventually Speed Bumps
