(AARP is an acronym for the nationally known seniors advocacy group - American Association for Retired Persons.)

AARP meetings are held the 2nd. Thursday of each month, Sept. through May, at 7PM. The business part of the meeting is generally short. Betty Mergl always supplies us with updates on any legislation or concerns that could affect the life of a senior citizen.
Our program chairperson, Nadine England, procures excellent entertainment for us. Why stay home watching boring TV when you could be here with your friends enjoying some real entertainment?
The next AARP meeting will be Thursday, September 14th. at 7PM.
