There is just not enough a person can say about a man and public servant like "Tank". We at WICS believe that he truly exhibits the philisophy that we share, in that-service to the community and giving of oneself is one of the greatest gifts anyone can give to his fellow man. We are sure that no one can ever know all of the many ways that Tank has touched his community near and far and has changed the lives of many people, some of whom he will never meet or even know about.
Tanks' fierce loyalty to his family and faith are truly traits that we pray all men can admire and strive to apply to their own lives.
Thanks Tank!!!
