of what is going on in your "world" is all it takes to realize that you have something to give. If you have a relative you may already have an elderly person who needs a ride to the grocery store or someone to do the shopping for her/him. If you have a neighbor you may already have a young mother or father who needs a little advice on how to deal calmly with a collicky baby. If you have a job outside the home you may know someone who would appreciate a kind word when you see them. A widow(er) at the church might appreciate an invitation for lunch after services one Saturday/Sunday. The newspaper is full of stories of fires and floods and children left homeless or orphaned by violence. There is more than you could ever do and you don't even have to leave your house to find it.
are all around and in an effort to introduce/encourage some of you to the world of service/giving, we would like to list a few things that you can do with little to no effort. We promise you will always "receive" more in knowing that you made a difference in someone's life than you can possibly "give" away in time, money, recources or love.
