New Woodlands On-Site Property Manager

Pulte Homes and Community Club Management are pleased to announce the arrival of Dianna Wallis as your new on-site Property Manager. Dianna has over fifteen years' experience in community association management and is fully licensed. She moved from southwest Florida to take this position and has "hands-on" experience in every aspect of association management. After reviewing her qualifications, her personality immediately sold us on Dianna. She is very outgoing and able to get along with others quite easily. We think that once you meet her, you too will agree that she is perfect to work with you at The Woodlands.

Dianna's hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 - 5:00, however, this position requires that she spend a great deal of time out in the community. Her office is just inside the clubhouse on the left side. She will post a notice, on her door, whenever she has to leave her office to work within the community. She may also be contacted by mail at 12910 Highway 92, Suite 100-108, Woodstock, Georgia 30188 or email at woodlandshomeown@bellsouth.net. We have ordered a locked mail box that will be mounted just outside the clubhouse for architectural control requests or other correspondence that you might wish to drop off. Association payments must be sent to CCM's office - Dianna will not be able to accept payments.

Many of you may be wondering why an on-site manager is necessary. Quite simply - property values! Pulte always planned that once The Woodlands reached approximately 600 owners, we would start looking for the right individual. Because this position was budgeted and planned, your dues were not raised. In order to properly maintain your investment, it is important to make sure that we continue to maintain the common property and keep a watchful eye on the architectural control standards. With nearly 1000 homes, it requires someone there every day. Community Club Management will continue to be involved with budgeting and finances at a significantly reduced management fee. Any Association questions and concerns should be directed to Dianna. She will contact CCM, if necessary, and respond to you as quickly as possible.
