OUR ASSOCIATION PRESIDENT SPEAKS
For those of you who have just moved into our neighborhood, welcome to Woodlands of Riverside. My name is Deb Ross. I am a Fort Wayne native and am very familiar with the history of this Area. Woodlands of Riverside is a great place to live, with Mother Nature just outside our door and shopping only ten minutes away. The Association is here to serve the neighborhood. The purposes of the Association are stated in our Constitution, and our Covenants provide rules and restrictions that protect our property values. These documents are available to you either in print from a Board Member or on our website listed in this newsletter. We have several Association activities planned this year and I hope that you can participate in any or all of them. We also appreciate any input you may have for other activities we can offer to the membership. Have a great year.

YARD OF THE MONTH
Your Board of Directors will choose the first 2009 Yard of the Month Winner (for June) during the last week of May. This $25 award will continue each month through September. The June winner will then pick the next month?’s winner at the end of June, deliver the yard sign and the criteria list to the homeowner chosen. At that point the money will be disbursed to the winner for June, and so forth. The Association and your neighbors appreciate your efforts to keep your yard beautiful. Thank you.
PLEASE NOTE
The City has finished picking up downed limbs from the ice storms of this past winter. Limbs now need to be taken to 6210 Lake Avenue or the Foellinger Theatre area in Franke Park as soon as possible. Garbage pickup will take SMALL bundles of limbs (3 feet x ?½ inch in diameter - max) if they are tied together. Yard waste also needs to go to the facility on Lake Avenue.
