It would a great improvement for Woodmere if homeowners would replace their ugly, decaying wood fences, especially the fences along University Club Blvd. Take pride in Woodmere!
Those fences were not intended to last forever, only about 12-15 years. Consider it a home improvement, and tear down and replace those worn out fences.
You may be able to replace only one property line of fence at a time, but even this will look a lot better.
I myself still have one section of fence to replace, but I am trying.
