The 2003 Officers/Trustees reviewed the "Use Restrictions" in our Deed Restrictions and compiled the below list. This list is our interpretation of what each item basically means.
*Each lot must be used as a single family dwelling
*No unlawful or hazardous materials allowed on your property
*Do not disturb the quiet occupancy of neighbors
*No signs, except one real estate sign, not to exceed six square feet
*No animals, livestock, reptile or poultry; except household pets, provided they are not kept for breeding/commercial purposes
*No industry or business may be established on the property
*No open storage of any kind
*No storage buildings of any kind (including sheds or barns)
*No commercial vehicles, boats, vans, campers, trailers or mobile homes can be parked or stored on the street or on any lot (except in the garage) for longer than 48 hours in 30 days
*No burning of trash
*All trash should be screened from view
*No outside TV or radio antenna. Satellite dishes must be no larger than 24 inches and must be out of view of the street
*No propane or fuel oil tanks allowed (except propane grills)
*All utility lines must be buried
*Owner is required to care for and replace (if necessary) the tree along the front of each lot
*Owners are responsible for the upkeep and/or replacement of mailboxes
*No chain link fences are permitted and no fences are allowed within Easement Areas (Ask about specific easements and licenses)
*No above ground pools extending more than 12 inches above ground. Hot tubs are acceptable
*No permanent clotheslines are permitted anywhere on a lot. Removable clotheslines must be placed in back yard
*No homeowner can change grading on their lot if it interferes with the general grading and drainage plan for the development, as a whole
