Next Event – Annual Food Drive

The annual Woodstream West Food Drive will be held from 10:00 to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 20th. Canned vegetables, spaghetti and sauce, macaroni & cheese, soup, peanut butter, rice, baby food and formula, canned fruit, canned meat ?– all the staples that we take for granted are in desperate need at the local Food Banks.

Layoffs across Ohio and severe weather of this summer and fall have taken a toll on reserves. Start this week. When you go to the grocery, pick up an extra can or box of something and set it aside. Every week add just one can or box and you will be surprised what can be gathered between now and collection day. Your grocery bill will see very little change, but you will make a big difference to someone else.
