7th District Council Comments: Tonia Reyes Uranga
?• The Councilwoman was elected to the AQMD Board of Directors.
?• The park at Hill and San Francisco has started construction.
Committee Annual Reports
1. Membership ?– Nancy
154 Members as of Friday before the meeting.
A proposal for a Business Membership has been discussed by the Wrigley Board.
2. Property Maintenance
Richard has not been able to attend due to a conflict in his work schedule.
A new leader for this committee is needed.
3. Landscape Project ?– Ken
Ken Gore will bring a display of the Landscape project at the next meeting.
4. Public Relations ?– Chris
The Wrigley Association website was explained. Chris discussed the need to exchange information with other organizations in Long Beach. He stated that if members know of other websites, in Long Beach, they should contact Chris to see if we can add our link to their website.
5. Christmas Tree Lane ?– Maria
Jim Trout showed a new figure for the Christmas Tree Lane. Maria reviewed the events and activities for the past year.
6. Wrigley Sign Project ?– Joan
The status of three, missing, signs was discussed.
7. CPAC ?– Alan
Alan gave a summary of what CPAC is and how it affects Wrigley. 49% of Long Beach is in redevelopment. There are three project areas. Wrigley is part of the Central Area.

Joan opened the discussion on what are we doing right and what are we doing wrong?
?• Graffiti Problems - Annie stated members should contact her to help report it.
?• More Social gathering - Organize potlucks from Wrigley Association to Municipal Band concerts.
