GENERAL MEETING

Call to Order by Alan Tolkoff, Chair at 7:33 P.M.

Board Member Role Call:
?• Present: Amat, Carlton, Graeber, Greenfeld-Wisner, McDonald, McKiernan, Norvell, Risch, Tolkoff.
?• Absent: None

Approval of Minutes: Christopher Graeber
?• M/S/C May 2007, as amended, add Jill Hill as present.

Treasurer?’s Report ?– Annie Greenfeld-Wisner
?• A report was given.

Board Election
Each of the candidates for the Board of Directors gave a short statement.
The Election Committee; David Carlton and Danny Amat counted the votes.
The results of the election were as follows:
?• Gavin Mc Kiernan (2nd term), Maria Norvell (10th term) and Nancy Risch (4th term) and challengers Joan Greenwood (former board member, 3rd term), P.G. Herman (1st Term) and Joan Pizzato (1st Term).
The alternates for the Board are as follows in this order:
?• Andrew Scammon, Annie Greenfeld-Wisner and Chris Graeber.

Annual Reports:
Central Project Area Committee ?– Alan
?• Alan gave a report regarding CPAC.

Daisy Avenue Christmas Tree Lane ?– Maria
?• Maria gave the report. Stopped working with Partners with Parks. Forming a working committee. Thanked Tim Patton from Councilmember Uranga?’s Office for his help. Maria provided three reports on the financial reports.

Property Maintenance
Ken Gore was not able to stay, Joan Greenwood gave the report.

Pacific Avenue ?– Annie
?• Annie gave the report. Wrigley Village is the new name. A steering committee meeting will be held on June 21st.

State of the Association ?– Alan
?• Alan gave a brief State of the Association address.

Announcements:
?• Community Policing Report ?– Noor Ismail 570-3463
Commander Quach, spoke along with Lt Bob Smith.

?• Community Planner/Code Enforcement Report ?– No Report

Council District Reports
a. 7th Council District ?– Tim Patton was present and stated he will answer questions after the meeting.
b. 6th Council District ?– Kelton Reese was present from Dee Andrew?’s office.

Association Announcements

50/50 Drawing: Maria conducted the drawing the amount was 33.50.
