MARCH 6, 2006

Call to Order at 7:05 P.M.
a. Pledge of Allegiance
b. Introduction of New Members/First Time Attendees
c. Changes/Modifications to the Agenda
d. 50/50 Tickets ($1 each or six for $5)
e. Volunteer Sign-up sheets (Refreshments, Landscape Project and Newsletter)

Board Member Role Call:
?• Present: Norvell, Graeber, Greenwood, Greenfeld-Wisner, Hill, McKiernan, Risch, Vanderpas and Tolkoff.
?• Absent: Daniels and Haas.

Approval of Minutes: M/S/C Approval of Minutes ?– February 6, 2006.

Nominating Committee (Selection of Third Member)

One from the Membership ?– Marie
Annie Greenfeld-Wisner will be the chair of the Committee
Kelly Haas will also be on the committee.

Announcements
a. Planning Commission Meeting: April 6, 2006 at 1:30 P.M. regarding 1925 Pacific Ave Storefront church
b. March Board Meeting will be held on the 20th.
c. April General Meeting: 54th and 55th Assembly District Candidate/Incumbent Forum
d. In the event if a runoff: Mayoral Runoff Forum: May, 1, 2006
e. Annual Meeting and Board Elections: June 5, 2006
f. Articles for the newsletter are needed to submit.
Questions were raised about the two Wrigley signs that are missing. Jill will check on the maintenance contract.

?• Mayoral Candidate Forum Alan Tolkoff was the moderator.

All candidates were given 15 minutes to speak. The order was John Stolpe, Ronnie Rephan, Bob Foster, Doug Drummond and Frank Colonna.

The panel for the questions were; Tim, Gavin and Jennifer.
