Dear Board of Directors:

Congratulations!!! To the Wrigley Board of Directors for supporting a successful Parks, Recreation and Marine Department & Wrigley Association Halloween Carnival this year at Veterans Park. You have made a wonderful community impact! My observation of the event this year is a true inspiration to all community groups who become involved. I was able to see community families enjoying the event which offered a children's safe zone celebration and gave the youth an opportunity to show off their beautiful costumes. I truly enjoyed the Halloween Carnivals throughout Long Beach, particularly the Veterans park program with the innovative pet show "very cute."

More important, thank you very much for making a "Community Difference" in supporting, advocating and helping host the Veterans Park Halloween Carnival.
