Your neighbor at 141 Hearthwood, Mary Ann Dunkum, didn't check hers either. That is not until she noticed cracks in the floor with seepage underneath. This was then followed by a separation in her ceiling that is now so large the ceiling is sagging. Having a David Weekley home, Mary Ann has a 10 year warranty that is still valid. She just got approved for the repair today after beginning the process last September. RWC (Resid. Warr. Corp) is paying for the foundation repair less a $500 deductible. This does not cover "Consequential" damages which is all of the inside damage.

Bottom line, check your foundation, make sure you've got soaker hoses around your home with proper drainage. Also, review your warranty.
