The ECNA’s membership meets the LAST Thursday of each month at the ECNA building. Members: residents, businesses and public or private organizations having interests and or offering services within the ECNA's established boundaries. Meetings begin at 6:30 at Indiana Technical Institute in the board room in the Adorfer Commons Building.
