The Buck Creek Village HOA Board consists of three volunteer board members.  These individuals are homeowners within the Buck Creek Village community and are not compensated in any way for their services for the Buck Creek Village Community.  

The three board members are:

Chris Brand - Buck Creek Village HOA Board President

 - Buck Creek Village HOA CCA Board Member

 - Buck Creek Village HOA Secretary Board Member

The Buck Creek Village HOA Board has chose to secure a management company to tend to the various business activities of the Board functions within the Buck Creek Village community.  The management company is Elite Property Management Services of Indiana, Inc.  Our community representative is Stephanie Stone and she has been servicing our community for 3 years now.  

Stephanie has proven to be a reliable and rewarding asset to our community in her attention to detail and her dedication to our community, homeowners, and the matters related to the efficient operation of our HOA business.  

Often, homeowners fail to understand the rather complicated nature of the operation of a HOA Board in relation to a community as large as Buck Creek.  The HOA is responsible for all the common areas of our community which include the walking trail, ponds, common areas, fence line, mowing, mulching, snow removal, maintaining and maintenance of the playground area, street lights, street signs, home owner compliance to covenants and restrictions, collection of dues and assessments, and the balancing of the budget and funds for the HOA.

The Board partners with the Elite to ensure that each aspect of the HOA business is running efficiently.  In addition, we are here to address concerns and situations as they arise from our individual homeowners.  Ultimately, the board desires to find a resolution to situations which will benefit each of our home owners within the community.  

We look forward to this site and the ability it will provide the board as a means to communicate to homeowners in means outside of our Town Hall Meetings and newsletter publications.
