The Circle Ginny Homeowner's Association is a condo community of 24-twin homes in Middletown, OH.  The Association was established in 1978 and comprised in this mature and diverse community are mostly seniors average age 50, along with two group homes of people with developmental disabilities.  This private and tight-knit community prides itself on maintaining our streets through annual assessments used for street maintenance, snow removal, and home beautification.
