I am very excited and delighted to meet all of you. My name is Denise Hails, and I am a Lynn University Alumni, and pending to join Argosy University CHI Sigma Iota “Honor Society.”

I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Management Information Systems (MIS) a Masters in Business Administration specializing in Mass Communication and Media Management. I am currently a student at Argosy University pursuing my Doctrine Degree in Counseling Psychology, and pursuing my licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy. Additionally, I graduated May 17, 2010 from the Urban League and Planned Parenthood of South Florida and The Treasure Coast ARM (Adult Role Model) Mentoring Program.

I am a Licensed Educational Consultant, a Licensed Business Consultant, Community Resource Specialist, have a State of Florida Minority, Women & Service-Disabled Veteran Business Certification, a Certified SBE (Small Business Enterprise), and a Certified Mentor. The pass 7 years I been a Counselor/Teen Educator for at risk teens and young adults in Palm Beach County. I also collaborate with the school system, and other non-profit agencies, by providing services as an objective to reduce crime and decrease the high school drop-out rate in the community. My goal is to become a Marriage and Family Therapist.  I love interacting with clients to initiate change in their thoughts, behavior, and feelings, through adaptation. I currently own 2 businesses, a profit “DHails Management, Corp.”, and non-profit “DHails Community Enhancement Services, Inc.” I am not a license therapist yet but my business partners are license therapists and Certified Crime Prevention Practitioners.

This global marketplace is distinguished by remarkable growth and consolidation, companies, government, health/social service agencies, and community-based Not-For-Profit organizations that face a host of new challenges in today’s economy. DHails Community Enhancement Services help youth successfully respond to changing opportunities by providing professional educational, economical, and social programs that will sustain and help enhance the minds of youth that are driven by “the bottom line”.

DHails Community Enhancement Services (DCES) is a 501©3 non-profit agency who impact and educate the lives of young adults and the underserved residents in the community to be self -reliance leaders, and obtain a positive social and economic quality behavior. DCES focus on improving the education of the at-risk students in our community along with the underserved residents, with an emphasis on: Crime Prevention, Economic Empowerment, Health Education, and Sciences related support services, along the continuum of k-12 grades. (DCES)  has been servicing the community in the urban and rural areas of every ethnic group offering programs and services to the young adults in the areas of behavioral modification, male/female responsibility, mentoring, counseling, employability skills, crime prevention/intervention, therapy, and economic empowerment.  Teamwork and collaboration is the key to success.

Academics and recreational activities are provided to create and maintain the bond between police officers, other agencies, and kids on the street.  DCES is based on the strong belief that children, if reached early enough, can develop a strong positive attitude in their journey through life towards the goal of adulthood and good citizenship.  The overall goal of DCES is to reduce negative behaviors and promote healthy behavioral patterns in youth.  Additionally, our mission is to make a difference in the lives of young adults through our services with an outcome of reduced criminal behaviors, crime related activities, gang and drug activities, to a positive increase rate of  High School Graduates and  a safe and social environment to live in.
