I worked 25 years for the IRS in Baltimore and Washington, and another 12 years in the District of Columbia Office of Tax and Revenue.  I am married, with two grown sons and 4 young grandchildren.  My wife and I moved to Mt. Airy in 1997.  I currently volunteer as an ESL ("English as a Second Language") tutor for the Frederick Literacy Council, and as the Village Gate website editor.
